Built by a runner, for runners
Already Handled was built by someone who has toed the line at races from local 10ks all the way to 100-milers. Someone who knows firsthand what it feels like when things go sideways at mile 70. And knows exactly what it means when someone hands you a banana at an aid station and says:
That's what Already Handled gives your crew the power to say. And mean it. Backed by years of large-scale event logistics experience running 2,500-person operations where nothing can go wrong and everything does. This isn't guesswork. It's the exact intel a seasoned crew chief carries into race weekend, built specifically for yours.
What gets handled
Hotels and Airbnbs scouted for your race, timeline and crew size
Every access point, parking note and crew window. Specific to your race
Grocery, pharmacy, gear shops mapped to where you'll actually be
Massage, cold plunge, sauna and the best post-race meal near your finish
When something goes sideways at mile 70, you'll already know the plan
One page. Your crew will actually read it and actually follow it
How it works
Tell me your race, your date, your crew situation. The weirder the logistics the better.
Every route, every backup, every recovery option. Researched and written specifically for your race and your people. From scratch.
A clean complete plan delivered before race weekend. Walk your crew through it or hand it to them. Either works.
You run. Your crew knows exactly where to be. Nobody is googling anything in a parking lot at 3am.

From the trail
Despite me not personally using Already Handled for one of my races (I've yet to do an ultra), I attended as a crew/pacer and was blown away by the staff's organization, attention to detail, guidance, and knowledge. She thought of it all, and I mean, everything. From the moment we put pen to paper and the runner signed up for his ultra, Already Handled went to work on the logistics. They thought about every detail and provided suggestions on it all. Our staffer made suggestions on what needs to be packed in carry on vs checked baggage, the perfect Airbnb accommodations, the best rental car set up for crew, pacers and of course the runner, nutrition, drop bag contents, must have emergency equipment, and so much more. If you're thinking about signing up for an ultra, near or far, but are a bit intimidated by it all, this is your connection to make sure everything is thought out. Highly recommend!
